Choose Where Your Keepsake Rests
The length you choose decides where your pendant rests. The chain style decides how it looks there. Use the guides below to find both.
Positions shown are approximate. Final fit varies with neck size, build, clothing, and the size and weight of the pendant.
Find Your Length
16 – 18 in
Rests at the base of the neck, extending to just along the collarbone. A shorter fit that keeps the pendant high.
20 – 22 in
Sits just below the collarbone onto the upper chest. The most versatile range for everyday wear.
24 – 26 in
Falls toward the mid-chest. A longer, more relaxed line that suits larger pendants and higher necklines.

How to Measure Your Length
Measure a Necklace You Already Own
Unclasp it, lay it flat, and measure from end to end including the clasp.
Measure with a Soft String
Rest a soft string or measuring tape around your neck where you would like the pendant to fall. Mark where the ends meet, then lay the string flat and measure it.
Remember the Pendant Drop
Chain length is measured end to end and does not include the pendant, which adds a little length below the center of the chain.
