I've ordered a fingerprint
bracelet/pendant from another place in the past. The one from this store wasn't the same quality. The fingerprint initially didn't match but the store rectified the situation and sent me a new one free of charge. The fingerprint doesn't seem to be lasered in as deep as my other one.

Item quality is good. I contacted them prior to see if they could make an additional charm for a special meaning. I paid for personalization on the back which I did not order and then asked how to pay any remaining money for the small charm? I was told they appreciated me being a first time buyer and would throw it in which was very nice. When I finally received my order after a shipping delay the additional charm won’t even go on the necklace. The round piece is on a closed ring that is the same size as the extra rings for sizing on the necklace. And it won’t open
