Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on https://www.personajewels.com. All Persona Jewelry products are made-to-order; please review this Policy before placing your order.
1 Production Time
Each piece is handcrafted to order. Estimated production times (from order confirmation and receipt of all required files):
• Standard Production: 3 to 7 business days
• Express / Funeral Express Production: 1 to 2 business days (available at additional charge, subject to capacity)
Production time begins only upon receipt of all required personalization materials. If we need additional information or a higher-quality file, production time is extended accordingly. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Production estimates are not guaranteed.
2 Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
We ship from our production facility in Izmir, Turkey, via DHL, FedEx, or equivalent international express carriers. Estimated shipping times after dispatch:
• United States: 5 to 10 business days (Standard) / 2 to 5 business days (Express)
• United Kingdom and EU: 5 to 10 business days (Standard) / 3 to 5 business days (Express)
• Australia and Canada: 7 to 14 business days (Standard) / 3 to 7 business days (Express)
• Other international destinations: 10 to 21 business days (Standard) / 5 to 10 business days (Express)
Total estimated delivery = Production Time + Shipping Time. For U.S. standard orders, allow approximately 10 to 20 business days from order placement.
All delivery timelines are estimates only. Persona Jewelry is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, national holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and selected shipping method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4 Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and carrier link. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear in the carrier's system. You may also view order status in your account on the Site.
5 International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We ship internationally on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis unless otherwise stated. As the recipient, you are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees imposed by your destination country. We have no control over customs processing times or fees. Customs delays do not entitle you to a refund or cancellation.
If a shipment is refused by customs or returned to us due to incorrect information provided by you or due to import restrictions, we will not issue a refund on the custom product. Reshipping fees will apply.
6 Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address
You are solely responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs. We are not liable for orders delivered to an address you provided incorrectly. Contact us at info@personajewels.com immediately if you realize you entered an incorrect address.
7 Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon our delivery of the package to the shipping carrier. Once an order is delivered to the carrier, carrier transit risk applies. However, we will assist you with carrier investigations for lost or damaged packages and will provide remedies where required by applicable law or where we determine a replacement is appropriate.
8 Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged in Transit:
Retain all packaging. Report damage to info@personajewels.com within five (5) calendar days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assist in filing a carrier claim.
Lost in Transit:
If tracking shows no movement for more than ten (10) business days past the estimated delivery date, contact us at info@personajewels.com. We will open a carrier investigation.
9 No Automatic Cancellation for Delays
Because your order is custom-crafted for you, shipping delays do not entitle you to automatic cancellation or a refund. We will work with you to resolve delays as quickly as possible. If we determine that we cannot ship your order within the stated or agreed timeframe, we will notify you and, where required by applicable law, obtain your consent to the delay or provide the legally required refund or remedy for the unshipped merchandise.
10 Funeral Express Service
For time-sensitive memorial needs (e.g., pieces needed for a service), we offer an Express Production and Shipping option. While we will make every effort to meet the requested timeline, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.
