Persona Jewelry is a brand of Tempus Luxury, LLC. This Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

A cookie banner may appear in regions where our Shopify Customer Privacy settings and applicable requirements call for consent.

In regions where a banner is not configured or required, a banner may not appear.

Where the banner is available, it may allow you to accept, reject, or manage non-essential categories. Necessary technologies required to operate and secure the Site may continue to function.

Your choice applies to the browser or device used to submit it and may need to be renewed if cookies are deleted, the browser or device changes, or the applicable settings materially change.

6. Shopify Network Intelligence

Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for our store.

Shopify may use information from interactions with our store together with information from interactions with Shopify and other Shopify merchants to provide enhanced services such as personalization, analytics, advertising, fraud prevention, and store improvement.

Other Shopify merchants do not receive direct access to Persona Jewelry customer data through this feature.

7. Your Privacy Choices

In jurisdictions where applicable law provides a right to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, you may use the Your Privacy Choices link in the footer of the Site.

That page allows you to submit the privacy choice available for your region and browser or device.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some uses of standard Site or device information for advertising, personalization, or analytics may nevertheless be treated as sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under certain U.S. state privacy laws.

8. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

Global Privacy Control. Where required by applicable law, a supported Global Privacy Control signal is treated as an opt-out request for the browser or device sending the signal. If Shopify can associate the signal with a customer account, the choice may also be applied to that account.

Do Not Track. Some browsers transmit a Do Not Track signal. Because there is no universally accepted technical standard for responding to that signal, the Site may not respond to Do Not Track in the same way across all browsers. Use the Your Privacy Choices page, available cookie controls, or a supported Global Privacy Control signal for clearer privacy-choice handling.

Blocking or deleting necessary technologies may affect cart operation, checkout, account access, saved preferences, security, or other Site functions.

Browser and device controls operate separately from Persona Jewelry’s Site settings. Consult the browser or device provider’s instructions for current steps.

Cookie and similar-technology retention periods vary by purpose, provider, browser, and configuration. Some technologies last only for a browser session, while others remain for a defined period or until deleted.

Providers may change technology names, durations, and functions. Persona Jewelry may also add, remove, or reconfigure services as business needs change.
