I gave this 4 stars for shipping because it arrived a few days after the estimated delivery date and there was no tracking information available. However, customer service responded that they would try to track the package and it arrived in the mean time. The necklace is really beautiful with my dad's handwriting on the back. I ordered the small pendant and it is larger than I expected but still beautiful. I am overall satisfied.

It was perfect size (I got the bigger one) I wish they would have made the engraving a little bigger since i got the bigger one but its still beautiful for what I paid for.

The issue was with the shipping, not the item itself, as the pendant is very beautiful and well made. The engraving is nice and was exactly what I wanted. I recently lost my mother and I now I have this lovely necklace to keep her with me always. Thank you so much for your help and for doing such a great job with the personalization. I absolutely love it!!

The engraving ran into each other, I felt there was enough room to not be engraved so small. I could be wrong, but either way the engraving is not the best!

We had issues with USPS but that wasn’t anyone’s fault but the post office. They were so nice and I wear it every single day. I love being able to read my mom’s handwriting when I need.

I initially received a test necklace that had the words messed up and I was a little upset about that because shopping took a little while to get. The seller was very apologetic and was quick to fix the situation and send a replacement out. I received it in a timely manner this time around and I’m very happy with the outcome.

My 15 year old cat Luna recently passed away and I wanted something to wear everyday to keep her around. The detail on this necklace is incredible and the engraving looks just like her. The only complaint I have is that the necklace was super tangled when it arrived, but it didn't take too long to untangle it. Thank you!!!

Initially there was a mix up after placing the order but good communication and service to receive the item we ordered. It is exactly what my daughter wanted in remembrance of her grandpa after his recent passing.
